      <title>TIP OF THE DAY MAY 2ND</title>
      <description>&lt;table cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" border="0" id="tabcolumn-1" style="width: 100%; margin-bottom: 15px"&gt;&lt;tr&gt;&lt;td&gt;&lt;div id="column-1" usermodifiable="true" style="width: 100%"&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-16843510"&gt;TIP OF THE DAY-&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-16843511"&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-16843513"&gt;Drink more water and add lemon to the water. &amp;#160;Drink at least 10 - 8 oz. glasses of water a day and more if you drink coffee or alcohol. &amp;#160;Don&amp;#39;t leave your cells dehydrated, how in world are the cells supposed to do their jobs if their isn&amp;#39;t any hydration to help them bounce around. &amp;#160;The cells end up like raisins with no way to communicate or heal the body in response to everyday living, the pollutants, toxins and stress,which all work against wellness. At least try hydrating your body and see what happens. &amp;#160;You will probably lose 3 lbs of weight just because you added the extra water. &amp;#160;No you will not retain water unless you do not drink enough. &amp;#160;Then the body panics and holds onto every single oz. of water that it can. &amp;#160;So drink up and feel well, feel the body release retained water and watch as everything fits better from rings to shoes and belts. &amp;#160;Water also assists in getting rid of toxins in the body. &amp;#160;Drink up!!!&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

Get used to this. &amp;#160;Your body will love you for it and you&amp;#39;ll stop crashing in the middle of the day. &amp;#160;There is a lot more to this nutrition program so this is just a little tip for you. &amp;#160;Develop this habit first.
