Would you like to know how to lose weight one habit at a time? It really works this way. This is what I do when you join a weight loss program. At the end of six weeks you should be 10 to 12 lbs thinner with some beautiful muscle developing some awesome cuts in your muscle. You know what I mean. The rippling trim arms, defined legs and butt. AWESOME. First tip- Eat 5-6 small meals a day (salad plate size) for a week. Do not eat until you are full!!! Always have room for 1/2 a large apple. Really. You will be eating again in 2 1/2 to 3 hours so you are fine. Get used to this. Your body will love you for it and you'll stop crashing in the middle of the day.
