Hi Everyone!, Eventhough I work out a lot, I still have this warbly weird stuff under my thigh skin. It seems to be every where. Any way, I thought I would do a just fruits and veggies diet for 10 days. I am doing this for wellness reasons. Would you like to do this with me? If so leave your info. e-mail, phone etc. I figure the weird stuff will be history and the muscle should be fine. I refuse to lose my hard earned, fat burning muscle. Sooooo any takers for this challenge? |

WE ARE VERY PROUD TO ANNOUNCE OUR VERY OWN JIMI STIPE JR HAS WON THE GRAND CHAMPION TITLE FOR THE 156-170 WT DIVISION IN TRINIDAD CA. HE FOUGHT 3 TIMES ON APRIL 2 ND AND WON 2 BY KO'S AND ONE BY DECISION. HE IS NOW 4-0 IN HIS MMA CAREER.

I am writing a new weight loss program and I would love it if you answered some questions so that I can give people the best program. 1. What do you expect with a weight loss program that you may not be getting! 2. What is your #1 goal? Weight loss, cardio, strength, clean eating better butt, hips, thighs etc. 3. Is 12 weeks a realistic amount of time for you to make a significant difference in your body, whatever your goal? 4.
