JOEL JORDON, KARATE KENPO INSTRUCTOR has practiced martial arts his whole adult life and has belts in Tae Kwon Do and Kenpo. He has experience with instructing and running his own successful Kenpo School in the past. Joel enjoyed teaching well over a hundred students here in Fort Bragg and is eager to build a new Kenpo school now that he has chosen martial arts as his full time venture. Most recently, Joel received his 3rd degree Black Belt from Maldonado Karate Kenpo school in Ukiah Ca. Joel also instructs some TRX classes and all 6am classes for a full body workout. He offers private lessons as well.

has taught group classes for years and is known in the community from the Mendocino Sports Club,where she instructed TRX, Bodypump and RPM. After she completed the TRX suspension trainer course, she was hooked and believes there is no other workout that benefits the core and balance issues like this one. Recently Zumba was added to the schedule for a really fun cardio workout
Jeanine teaches at a beginner level and will push to the most advanced level to meet individual fitness goals.
Right now her focus is on her very successful programs that deliver weight loss, metabolism boost,and muscle gain, giving women the feedom to eat food without counting calories, yet look and feel great!
