FRY CALORIES ALL DAY WITH THIS EARLY MORNING CARDIO WORKOUT.  NO TWO ARE THE SAME BUT THE CALORIE AFTER BURN IS WHAT THIS WORKOUT DELIVERS. MOSTLY WE JUST BURN CALORIES WHILE WE WORKOUT BUT WITH THIS ,YOU WILL BURN CALORIES ALL DAY LONG ,ADDING UP TO HUNDREDS OF CALORIES BURNED.  AND THE MOST INTENSE PART IS ONLY 12 MINUTES.  WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?  BECOME AN INCINERATOR NOW!   ANY LEVEL WELCOME! TRX is a Suspension training strap course that compliments pilates and yoga.  This class allows any level of fitness and any age to do TRX.

BODYPUMP: This is the original barbell workout with weights.  There are a lot of copy cats out
there but BODYPUMP is the BEST AND LICENSED ONLY AT JORDON STUDIO

BOOTCAMP is a variety of different exercises; each class is different and uses full body movements
 for strength training and cardio,Very EFFICIENT!
 
ZUMBAis a 1/2 hour or one hour cardio DANCE workout that is sooo much fun  you do not
realize an hour has gone by! ALL INSTRUCTORS ARE ZUMBA CERTIFIED, OF COURSE!! Go to
www.zumba.com or watch Zumba classes on you tube! NO, you do not have to be a dancer,
just move your body and have a great time.
 
BEACH SPRINTS  watch out this class is addicting. Takes a few weeks to
get acclimated to this workout.  We walk trails to beach and sometimes
sprint and sometimes we run the dunes and sometimes we do both.  The
thing is, no 2 workouts are the same!! 5 or more min. warm up and
stretch.  12 minutes of cardio bursts.  Then the cool down and that's it.
