Our Kenpo Karate school welcomes ages 5 to adults. These classes benefit mind body connection and total fitness while teaching effective self defense moves needed in today's world. JORDON FITNESS STUDIO
We offer a variety of classes:
BODYPUMP: the original barbell workout, that strengthens your entire body. 60 minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for!

6AM FITNESS: classes specifically for toning, stretching,strengthening and weight loss.
ZUMBA: a one hour cardio dance put together to have FUN while burning major calories.
For fun and versatility we have JORDON'S Boot Camp. Boot campers be here on
Saturdays at 9:00am. Bring a towel, you will be challenged!
